Vishnu/FFTEC N54 Single Turbo System
Now Available!

"I've only got 350 miles on my single turbo now and I'm loving it. It's absolutely frightening."
"It pulls so hard now. I wish there was a way I could describe it. Every passenger I have had in the car freaks out trying to grab onto something. Normally it seems they try to put their hands around the seat because it pulls so damn hard!"
"As the car accelerates my body was just sucked into the seat like I couldn't do chit but keep saying "Holy shit...holy shit...." you know when you are really scared you can't really scream? It was just like that. I got scared on very first pull ! And I have been in some fast cars in my life but this is just whole new level of speed!"
"I took the 6AT 58mm out to stretch its legs. Its frighteningly fast!"

(Shown with optional Y-configured down-pipe and recirculated wastegate discharge)
After 8 months of development and over 20,000 hard miles on numerous test vehicles, the world's first successful single turbo system is now available to the public. Showcasing the N54 engine's now legendary potential, our single turbo system is capable of putting down a reliable 570 to 650 horsepower to the rear wheels depending on turbo and transmission configuration. This is 200-250% more power than a stock 135/335. Installation is no more difficult than replacing stock twin turbochargers (12-15 hrs) and is 100% removable. And most importantly, no other engine modifications are necessary to support these power levels.
Currently available for 2007-2010 BMW 135i/335i vehicles with either 6MT or 6AT transmissions:

Required Hardware:
Vishnu PROcede Rev3 Engine Control System
The only engine control system that offers external wastegates control, integrated PWM methanol injection, transmission protection logic, and all the failsafes necessary to safely support 600+ wheel horsepower. If you already have a Rev3, you do not need to purchase this. If you already have a Rev2.5, it will also suffice but will not offer 2-step/no-lift-shift/aux rev limit functionality.
$795
Vishnu PWM Methanol System
Not only does this offer the absolute quickest response times, it also offers the widest operational dynamic range of any methanol injection system. Fully 3D mappable and capable compatible with any concentration of methanol (even 100%).
$795
Helix Intercooler
ETS 7" Race Intercooler
There are a few options when it comes to front mount intercoolers. We have seen good results with both the Helix FMIC and the ETS "Race" FMIC. Both offer larger volume core designs suitable for single turbo power levels.
$965
AEM 3.5 Bar MAP Sensor Kit
High-resolution pressure sensor capable of reading over 35psi of boost. The boost signal referenced from the intake manifold (downstream of the throttle body). Includes 3.5bar sensor, fittings, connector and plug-and-play harness.
$150
Trunk-Mount Methanol Tank Conversion Kit
This kit includes everything needed to relocate the methanol pump, along with a new large capacity 5 gallon tank to the trunk. Perfect for those running high methanol mixes. Includes low level switch, 90 deg push lock fitting and all mounting hardware. If you have already converted to a trunk mount configuration, you do not need this kit.
$195
Forge Bypass Valves
The factory bypass valves will leak at higher boost pressures. These won't. While many upgraded bypass valves may work with the single turbo application, these have proven to do the job well. If you already have a good set of upgraded bypass valves, you do not need to purchase this.
$345
Available Options:
Ceramic Ball Bearing CHRA Upgrade
Offers faster transient boost response and is more resistant to thrust loads. Ball bearing CHRAs also don't require as much oil flow/pressure which means less oil consumption. Say goodbye to oily intercooler pipes!
$595
Y-Configured Down-pipe Outlet
Necessary for bolt-on compatibility with stock or stock-replacement twin mid-pipes. Without this option, a custom 3-inch single tube exhaust system will be necessary.
$250
Recirculated Wastegate Discharge
For a truly stealth approach, this option greatly reduces exhaust noise by recirculating the discharge from the wastegate back into the downpipe. Highly recommended for daily drivers.
$250
Quad Nozzle PWM Meth Upgrade
If you are already running our standard PWM Methanol Injection System, you already have two 1.0mm nozzles installed. For the single turbo application, you will need this upgrade which includes two additional nozzles, two T fittings, two more bung adapters and some extra 4mm hose. The four nozzles will need to be installed in the intercooler end-tank (2 on each end tank).
$100
DSS Upgraded Driveshafts
Upgraded by The Driveshaft Shop and absolutely necessary for 6MT cars that are subjected to standing start launches on drag radials/slicks. Isn't absolutely necessary for 6AT cars.
$999
Spec Stg2+ Clutch
While many upgraded clutches will work, we have done all our in-house testing on this clutch (with Spec lightened flywheel). And it has proven to work flawlessly. For 6MT cars only.
$825
Spec Lightened Flywheel
Removes over 20lbs of rotational mass from your flywheel. Upside is a more responsive and eager to rev engine. Downside is some clutch rattle at idle. For 6MT cars only.
$575
